Refund policy

Returns and cancellations

Because incense sticks, dhoop, and camphor are opened and used directly, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened, for hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@madhukunj.com or +91 90400 08686 with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed to our shipping partner, it can no longer be cancelled, and the standard return process above applies instead.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI once the returned item is received and inspected.
