Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to our shipping partner within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery

We ship across India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, with metro cities generally on the faster end and remote areas taking longer. A tracking link is sent by SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, including any free-delivery threshold, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by courier volume, weather, or regional disruptions outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it with our shipping partner.
